I had a weird Windows update at shutdown last night. It was STILL installing 20 after minutes, so I just went to bed. This morning, it did the "configuring thing" in the black window... auto-restarted... then did the "applying" thing in the Win7 window... auto-restarted... and now I'm here. It wasn't even Tuesday.

Happy AM (to all who enter here... with a few exceptions, but they would not appear in Snails anyway)!

Yeppers! 28 degrees here.

Have my outdoor activities planned for the day (once it hits 40).

Tomorrow AM will be getting the snow tires unmounted, regulars put on and rotation with oil change (A "Good Friday" tradition regardless of when it falls). Then shopping for Easter dinner foods.

no personal settings are loading at startup - not even the start menu when i try to log on with the limited account. logging on as administrator the limited user account is not showing. i have tried 5 different restore points so far going back as far as february - same results - windows can not restore to this date
