Ok, got my email off the the Delaware Health and Human Development Committee
Not sure I could start vaping like I smoked; I've pretty much vaped whenever my hands were free and I was awake for the past three years. I would definitely have to start using higher nic juice going back to a "schedule".
The just don't know any better, Catt. They really think vaping = smoking. They don't understand that it isn't. It's a different "habit" entirely and it works differently.
