Our weather's still darn chilly. Sun and 60 for today. I'll probably be wandering in the backyard seeing if I can pick up any of the mess. Back still sore from gardening crap yesterday.

Since some legislators only accept emails from people in their districts (they set up a web form) but do publish a fax address.
i set up a ring central fax account. I can send faxes via email, and have my own 866 fax number for a year. The cost includes 700 faxes a year. Might come in handy for contacting people as this FDA stuff heats up. And i was able to send the letters i promised Tweety that i'd send.

Maybe I can send a "Guess I won't do business with anyone in CA" message. But that just sounds like sour-grapes/attitude and would be ignored too.
I feel sorry for Kat because anything they've come up with so far is stupid (other than maybe the 'require signature' thing).

I have a standard letter that i update: i haven't smoked for >4 years, there's no danger, sometimes i add a full reference list, and i did add that i won't purchase from cali for this one. I usually add the PhD to my sig...just in case it makes a difference. But really, I don't think they do anything more than tally what they see in the subject line...
Well I got some junk lumber picked up and moved the boards with nails sticking up. There's a whole old deck frame section sitting out there but it's too heavy for me to move. No place to put it anyway.
Silly me had to go try to move the old deck frame and I did move it almost enough. We need to get the septic pumped soon and the frame was in the way.
We still have a pile of wood and crap that came out of the kitchen piled on the side of the backyard. It can't be burned where it sits cause it's under the trees. Might end up in the dumpster.
