Probably. They "suggested" a 5 cent per ml tax. And the regulations will (?may?) drive everyone out of business except BT. That's so sad. I'm upset. Yet....with congress (state and fed) controlled by the-lobbyists-with-fatest-wallets....IDK what will happen.

You and I can make our own e-cigs. It's the nic base in danger that messes up the market.
