after making all those plans for supper everybody, out of the clear blue sky, declared they had too much cake and ice cream and couldn't eat another thing. dh was tired and wanted to go home and guess what - he was hungry! which left me scrambling around trying to find something to fix ............. sigh

almost back on track now but can't wait to get to my book and forget about this day
