When I first started as a young bride, I used to get dinner started early in the morning, too!
It was ingrained from Mom, but ya know darn right well, that I don't do that now! All I do now is plan what I'm having, and even then, it's a cr*p shoot.

Ribs. And it's rainy this am....not grilling/smoking them. Oven. 5-8 hours.
Ah..you can just through them in the oven and mostly ignore them.
We had some strong storms last night, but it's clear and cool now (before this afternoon's storms come in)

Off to walk the beasties, then do some half-vast indoor fur reduction and cleaning,followed by spending the rest of the day with my nose in a book
