Although I lack the courage to actually TRY ONE (for the benefit of my Dad), I'd like to know some options to increase his INSULTING $14/month 2014 benefit (down from $16 previously). He wanted to send a letter telling them to shove it up their bass, but I talked him out of it. I am certain it is tied to the gas and electric subsidy he receives (but NEVER asked for), which is substantial.
