yup! that bear is raring to go!
You bet'cha! And: done!
Turns out the installation kit is a water SUPPLY hose (not drain). But the concept still stands... it NEEDS WATER to work. It should be on the dishwasher as a "given" and not a costly option.
So:
... no-cost installation kit
... no-cost power cord IF NEEDED (it could be hard-wired, in which case it isn't needed)
... no-cost installation due to poor wording on the website (
*)
... 5-year extended for 3-year price to soothe this savage beast
* - The website says "Delivery
and installation: $139.99". Since their delivery charge is $69.99, but free during sale, that leaves $70.00. But, the sale also includes $70
toward installation. To me, that means FREE "delivery
and installation". Salesman tried to tell me $139.99 is installation only. I pointed to the "and". He countered that it is is installation only. I pointed to - and spoke - the "and". He countered that it is installation only. So, I said "OK"... add it on... but I would later take it up to a higher level... not HIS fault for bad wording. I gave him that much. But he ended up issuing a credit for the $69.99, so it all worked out. I will still be contacting their main Customer Service about the wording. It is confusing and misleading.
I should start a "Consumer Stand Your Ground" course.
