I wanted to get out early to snag a few good-sale items.
So I get there about 5 minutes before the doors open and there are about 7 people standing outside waiting. I watched as two more people walk up to the doors and give them a pull (only to find them locked). Were those others just standing around for their health??? What is WRONG with people? And there were a couple others that appeared to just stand there and STARE at the handles... like something magical was going to happen. Like the doors would just *POP* open of their own accord.
See... that is one reason why Amazon is a godsend. You do not have to witness that kind of stuff. Unfortunately, that kind of "stuff" happens all over. It is inescapable.
Yesterday, I took a drive (way) out to the town where the kitty fund-raiser will be tomorrow. I just wanted to know where I was going. Since there was mention of a "pavilion", I just assumed it was at a park. Where else does one find a "pavilion"??? No... really. So I quickly glanced at the Google map with the "thumbtack" and saw it was right before a very sharp left turn in the road. Fine. Do you think I could find ANY park at all??? Back and forth... back and forth. Nothing. Back and forth, back and forth. Head home. Check FB event page and it is at a restaurant (which I saw numerous times whilst backing and forthing)... that has a large outdoor TENT.

It was to show visuals of the difference between a "tent" and a "pavilion".
