By the time i got home from work yesterday, my brother had put in my garbage disposal and sealed around the vents on the roof. The dinning room light was in by mid-afternoon. Only two trips to the hardware store. Not bad, considering he had to run the wires and cut the hole in the ceiling to make the connections.
I'm trying to think of other stuff that needs to be done that I can't do myself. Partly cause i can't do it myself, but also so that doesn't decide to head home today instead of tomorrow.

There are a couple of projects, Tibs. But they're kind of major (enclosing a porch, adding a second bathroom). I do want him to check the foundation and check for other stuff that could be major. I might also continue on the electrical theme and have him add a couple of outdoor outlets. My nephew and I are going to cut back some wisteria vines this morning- but that won't take more than an hour.
