Mornin CES. The State finally got done dicking us around yesterday and told hubby he isn't getting his license to inspect back.....ever.
WHAT!?!?!?! oh no. you must be furious- especially after jumping through the extra hoops this month.
Not happy at all. It was a large part of our income and we were counting on getting them back.
Did they tell you why they weren't going to reinstate, and why they didn't bother telling you until after you jumped through this last round of hoops? Is there any right of appeal?
Nope and nope. The Director of the DMV is the only one that can reverse the decision and he's never been known to do that.
