What had happened was.. Around 3 years ago this lady named Martha who we haven't heard from since like 2010 (ish) made this curious thread about seeking attention and not getting it. Somehow right then the universe aligned and created an immortal thread. No matter what you say. Someone will respond. It's infinite random comments and endless small talk. The snail theme derived both from one of the original posters named Katmar who had a huge snail in his avatar photo and at one point early on where Jerry turned the topic to the lifespan of a common garden snail. Just kind of caught on. At one point (before he got famous) Deej wrote this epic account of the highlights. (I'd toss you a link but sadly Deej deleted it.)

Cool. I kept seeing this thread in my unread topics on tapatalk. I had to find out what it was about. What I had read was pretty random. Thank you for clearing it up for me.
