classy was able to convince bear not to make a permanent exit and bear will try to straighten things out with cherie. he still would like to get the statue even though i'm convinced it does not exist and she is using this incident as another excuse.

you have to be logged in to see the lounge, it isn't searchable - so it had to some from someone on ecf.
...but, also, what bear said here wasn't bad. Bottom line is he had an agreement with Cherie that SHE hasn't lived up to. and it's always been clear that he's a fan of hers- that's we he wanted to godforsaken bears in the first place.

morning, ces, and yes, that's the question. we all got our faults and might rub somebody the wrong way but to go to these lengths to hurt another is beyond my comprehension.

I agree...I think the onus is on her. And I don't see where Bear said anything that would be unreasonable given the circumstances. He even waited until the revised-revised October deadline to send this last e-mail.
If she doesn't completely refund the $$$ (maybe with interest) and/or come through with a good quality statue...I'd haul her chain-saw wielding posterior into court.

and there is no doubt it's an ecf member who must be lurking in here. probably bothered by a group of people who are as diverse as can be and still manage to get along and who have accepted each other as they are without having to watch each and every word posted.

I'm rather curious about this comment Tiburon. You do know the ECF posts are readily available to be read on the Internet without being a member or for that matter even coming to ECF. Google the keywords and check what excerpts you can read without even being on this site, much less a member.
....this is a fairly long thread, and people we like and would love to have stop by are intimidated by it, so it takes a special level of dedicated anger/hate/illness to stalk someone here. But, i'm not gonna give that person any more energy or satisfaction.

Hi Jaguar, neither the lounge or outside are indexed, nor are they visible if you're not logged in to ECF, unless that's changed in the past year or so. And it still takes some work to connect a member name with a person in the RW.
