And THAT little fact may change their plan a bit. Besides, they'd look even more "out-of-step" than they already do by banning nic sales. However, I think the fight is far from over. When is the "deeming regulation" due?
The internet thing still worries me. I don't want to be stuck with boutique/vape-shop juice prices on my budget. I DIY for several reasons; primarily, but not exclusively, cost.

I like Tib's idea of smuggling vape gear from Europe. I thought we might have to move there. But then again, the Brussels decision may land European vapers where Judge Leon's decision left us a few years ago. Vaping won't be gutted by medicinal regulation- but may still be under threat through regulation (and taxation) as a tobacco product.
