Kent said as much also. However, if that were true, we wouldn't have need of VV at all.![]()

With my particular flavors my Joye eGo-c upgrade batt (has two modes - one regulated, one unregulated) the 1.8Ω coil works for my strongest flavors*. The 2.2 for the lighter flavors. I've found the 1.5 too hot and the 2.4-2.6 too cool. I have one flavor where I mostly vape on the regulated 3.4V mode but occasionally punch it up with the unregulated 3.7V mode.
I do have a few VV's - mainly eGo-c Twists for sampling and I do use them for *espresso which does well with more heat. The Twists have a better amp limit than the regular eGo's so I still use the 1.8Ω coil but crank the Twist to @4.3V. 10.2+ Watts.
And I assume you now know you wouldn't need an adapter unless you used the regular (big) Protank - 510 only but they come with a cosmetic sleeve.
The mini protank has the ego threading.
BTW, even though it doesn't look like it, the T3/T3S has a greater capacity than the big protank (3ml vs. 2.5), but of course, the protanks have glass tanks... I still prefer the T3/Tabac BCC and the Baby T3 for stealth. The MT3 and eVod metal skins are just cosmetic and heavier.
Seems the protank coils need cleaning more often for some reason... and the way too easy draw on the protanks needs a fix - a toothpick broken off in one or two of the airholes.

Because they might be worth money...
