no historic site here either but plenty of wood trim. i needed stainable windows

My house is frame with vinyl siding. I just had the trim repainted last month. That's how i found out that a couple of the window frames are in kind of dire condition.

The web site did seem to indicate that consumers had to go through a different portal.

I dunno, I thought the warmest temp wins

I don't mind the cold nearly as much as most other folks. I pretty much hate the summer heat...add humidity to it, and I start whining :D

I'm pretty much the opposite. I put on sweaters and start whining at 75 degrees. ;)

Morning Fran, Tibs, CES, Stone, Snails........

42 :D (Degrees. Not the answer to life, the universe, and everything.)

Is too!

good morning Atty

easier said than done! can't find that pepper anywhere! ;)

Here I am. You didn't look very hard.;) Funny story (at least to me)...a girl was hugging me goodbye last night and said I smelled fresh. I use Axe products and the bath gel I'm using is called Dark Temptation... just thought you would like to know. I told her I'm so fresh you could call me cracked Pepper.:D

Morning, guys.:)

Off to look at prescription sunglasses. Talk about sticker shock. I wish I was shopping for windows... they would be cheaper. Because of my old age and having to have progressive lenses that option alone adds an additional $200. I'm looking at a price of between $600-800 for sunglasses.

Here's a picture of a couple frames I'm looking at. What do you think?
