atty, are you listening to the news? bear's discovery is making headlines! ;)

contrary to what obama promised the majority of individually insured are getting canceled  guess most did not buy maternity when it was not needed ;)

Yeah, I thought you didn't watch TV. Only when it's ACA stuff I guess.

I'm recording it. IDK. Many are getting pushed into medicare. Others, IDK. What does it say for reasons? ?Maternity? What?

i'm not watching but i must have heard obama's sound clip coming from the family room 10 times at least, lol

''you can keep your doctor, you can keep your policy - nothing will change''

as you said - those policies no longer conform, no matter how happy people are with them ................

And that is for those who even have that option ... GA, among quite a few other states, opted not to expand Medicare leaving many thousands out in the cold. It would appear that their only recourse will be to pay the 'No-insurance' fine, something I find totally illogical. Hmm, you can't afford insurance so lets fine you and make you that much poorer ... IDK ...

Yeah. When they made the rules it was before the Supreme Court ruled that the mandate to expand medicaid was illegal (suit brought by people ..well 28 states...wanting ACA to fail). The "red" states refused to expand it because they want ACA to look bad. The "Blue" states supported the expansion. The "purple" ones...IDK for sure. There's a map somewhere. It's not 100% partisan, but close. Georgia is one that didn't (of course).

The fines go up year by year too. :(

I've said it before...the whole thing should be a national sales tax or combination of taxes (including personal, not business, income).
