I do have a splitter... but I'll bet halving the halves = aspirin dust.

I'll bet they have those grains aligned just so.

Damn "Big Pharma" all to hell!!!

Be careful, Bear! ;)

Maybe take half an aspirin every other day?? Almost like taking a quarter a day :)
I wish i could carry a tune. sigh.
Me too...oh well...
(meaning "I wish I could carry a tune," not "I wish CES could carry a tune because she sounds awful." :D)

Leisurely drive through the snail neighborhood...

Hope all's well with everyone! I'm flippin bored outta my skull with this recovery. Hoping for something substantial @ my first checkup this Thursday other than having stitches removed and the typical, "Everything looks good! We'll see you in two weeks! (don't let the door hit you on the way out)"

:glare:

I'd be pretty excited if they let me start with PT!

Hi Mad. I had arthroscopic surgery earlier this year, and they didn't take my stitches out for two weeks. YMMV. I hope you have a speedy recovery.
Hiya Tibs, Stone and Mad. :)

tweety, stone, tibs...'sup? :D

I've been vaping on 0mg nic juice...it's not that bad, actually. Like, I'm not craving juice with any amount of nicotine in it.

Stone, I may be in for a bit of a disappointment then...my incision was 12" long across the back of my knee/leg...the stitches may have to stay in there for more than 2 weeks.

12"?!?!? They really opened you up, it seems you were in need for a big repair(s). I had three 1/4-1/2" incisions (now they look like dimples). I don't know if a longer incision requires a lengthier recovery in terms of suture removal. It might not... I hope you heal quickly, being broken really sucks.

Yup, they sure did and yeah, it really does. I had a medial tibial plateau reconstruction - pretty major. And the rod + 3 screws to fix the spiral tib/fib on the same leg happened only 4 months prior. Wh00psi3z!

I'm thankful to be alive - I can honestly say that every day until Gobble Gobble time!

I would guess any time they call it "reconstruction" it would be pretty major. My shoulder surgery was much more minor compared to yours.
