The weather says 25 today,36 Tuesday,46 Wednesday and then back to the 20's The warmer temps will bring rain/snow that will turn into a frozen mess.
It will be warmer in the west, highs around 70. My flight leaves at 7am tomorrow. I'm flying through Dallas. By then the storms should have passed and hopefully the schedules will be back on track . There were 300 flight cancellations at DFW yesterday.
let's hope the system won't be approaching alabama by then .................
We may get a little sleet this afternoon/evening, but the temps are supposed to stay above freezing tonight. We'll get plenty of cold rain. We might have some winter weather Tuesday night, but i should be in sunny Phoenix by then and the beasties will be safely at the vet.

Wishful thinking/hopefull thinking...yep. I'm just hoping that my flights occur after the western effects are over, and before the eastern effects start. In any case, i have no control over it.

atm they are still in williamsburg. celebrated an early thanksgiving there and are heading back this am. boy must have taken a half-a-day off to accommodate the in-laws

yeah, today i'll feel better once they're safely back in durham. i didn't understand that whole line-up anyhow - why have a party on a sunday night when the kids were there since noon saturday, lol.
I have enough difficulty understanding why i do what i do, let alone try to figure out others' choices....but it did keep them there an extra day
