Supper done. Was "OK".
Pollo Asado. Was too sour. Kinda "vinegar chicken", only citrus.
Chickpea and Avocado salad - good.
Green salad with herbs, vinegar and oil- good.

Ordered the prime rib for Christmas this afternoon from Pat Lafrieda's. It only went up $20 from last year, which is an 11% increase over last year. It's a once a year thing, so not a big deal. And the prime beef from Pat's is incredible.

It's 9-10lbs. And you'll have to make it up this way to taste it. Besides, don't you eat only German chocolate cake for Christmas?
