Tibs, you may be the closest thing to an available programmer in your area. sigh. I'm glad you at least found some owrkable settings. Keep trying to get in touch with the person covering for DH's doc. it's just nuts that you can't get in contact with anyone.

I survived the perio yesterday. and happily only need motrin, not the big guns of pain relief. Whew.
There is something weird about a perio who tells you at the end of the procedure that he's glad you chose to do it this way (keeping the tooth) , cause it's more challenging, and hints that he's going to be writing it up
Apparently the usual way is extraction and implant. Um, we didn't talk about any other options except not doing anything(which actually had my vote).
