Morning!

Not a peep about it anywhere. Nary a word.

nothing happened...it was a figment of your imagination

morning, catt and bear!

ces, are you gonna join the folding team?

eh...i get the idea, but i don't leave my laptop on when I'm not home, and even though we had someone running the seti software in the background of the lab computers years ago, i don't think it's a great idea for the work computers.

I need to look at it more carefully. I like the idea of distributed computing- but ECF may be mischaracterizing oversimplifying the "find a cure for cancer" there are lots and lots of diseases that are related to protein misfolding. so, we could be computing any of them. that's all good, but since we're struggling against mischaracterization about e-cigs, the OCD part of me isn't happy with partial information to get people to jump on a bandwagon.

(or it may just be that i'm a bit grumpy this morning)

Why would you want rogue software running on your machine ALL THE TIME??? It's not like your scripts and blockers and browsers and Verizon are not causing enough havoc and mayhem.

Hmmm... double negative. Flog me.

eh, double negatives have their uses...

It's like it never happened.

My head officially hurts.

I should do CHRISTMAS cards today.

And since my doc (yesterday) :evil:spontaneously combusted:evil: about my weight (really... not a WORD in past visits at all... he just pulled a Regan MacNeill on me!!!), I need to create a plan of attack. Bad timing with "the holidays" (god, that makes bile rise saying that), but totally doable.

I keep getting invitations to attend my old-old (not just "old") workgroup's Christmas luncheon.

They really do NOT want me to show up.

Now that I no longer work <there>, I would be free to speak freely that whichever came to mind.

They really do NOT want me to show up.

They may not; but do you want to show up?
