Pretty good Jerry. It got up to a whole 36 today. Of course we had some rain too.

My Dad and I sat in the second to last pew. We were far from the last ones out!!! I also believe we were the only ones to NOT do Communion. See, I was brought up to believe one has to go to Confession first. None of this "say just the word and my soul shall be healed" crap. I know things change with time, but some stuff just seems wrong.
And I SO LOATHE that "let us offer the sign of peace thing" where you have to shake hands with, and smile at, total strangers. I always get the old ones that smell like sour milk.
By the way, I don't really "practice" the faith. Husbear does (with some leniency in various departments
). Once he gets back on regular hours (07jan13, by the way!!!), he will start ministering Communion and doing prayer services at nursing homes and senior assisted living places. My jaw is still on the floor about THAT!

My parents firmly believed that experience was the best teacher, barring anything potentially fatal or crippling. So, they never stopped me from doing anything stupid.
