weather is weird here, rainy, seriously windy last night, and warm. we'll be in the 70's over the next few days.

Years ago there was a contract lab the company was using to analyze samples that were using chart recorders to record the analyses. They would 'adjust' the peak sizes with the gain dial to get the numbers they wanted. :lol:

there have been times I've been tempted to do that with an amplifier....

*most* of the confessions make no difference to the outcome of the experiments....but some :facepalm:

there's one, i can't find it now, about getting the tissue samples from elsewhere, incubating them O/N at 4C, roomate was unnerved. THAT i have done. Nothing like having tissue samples in your home fridge :facepalm:

(reading the tweets is also why it took me 4 hours to make a single figure yesterday afternoon)
