The Vision V2 clearomizer has replaceable "heads" - when you take it apart the section with the wicks unscrews from the air tube.
Here are some of the replaceable heads at mad vapes:
2.8 Ohm Replaceable Coils for the Vision V2 eGo Clearomizer

The Vivi Nova tanks are popular, Mad Vapes is out of stock at the moment on the Vivi Nova 'Slims' (best for eGo batteries due to size)
Smok Tech Slim ViVi Nova Tank

I've been enjoying the Kanger T3 clearomizers lately. This is a "bottom coil" design, the wick and coil are located at the bottom of the tank. These seem to give me a better tasting vape from my DIY juice than the "top coil" clearomizers (like the Vision V2). I didn't see any of these at Mad Vapes.

From an Ask the Vet answer I gave earlier :D

Hey jojo. I personally don't care for the nova's but the Kanger T3's work very well and they hold 3ml of juice. All you do is turn them upside down, unscrew the coil (head) and fill. Screw it back on and your all set to go. They are ego threaded.

I don't either (care for the Novas).

Kanger T3s are very nice, but a bit too big for me. I prefer those (pretty much the same thing but smaller):

Kanger eVod Clearomizer | fully rebuildable bottom coil $5.99

Get one clearomizer and a couple of spare coils ($1.50 apiece, 1.8Ω or 2.4Ω). Doesn't get much better and easier than that. When the coil get dirty, remove it, pop in a new one, and vape. Dirty coils can be cleaned, rebuilt, or chucked (my favorite option!)

Oh, Happy 3rd Anniversary to you too, sweets!
