taking advantage of my decent early morning speed by roaming the halls! as the verizon tech explained that's all i'm entitled to! being in a fringe area i'm just getting spill-overs. once the tower gets populated there's nothing left to spill over god bless america and its telecoms!

haha! i guess i'm just an afterthought to verizon!

i can't wrap my head around the fact that they seem to be willing to take your money and then say that they're not obligated to provide service (on the *bright* side, there's very little chance that you'll ever exceed the 5 gig data limit )

well, i did manage to keep my unlimited plan by buying the mifi myself and doing the transfer online without the help of verizon cs. all those agents insisted a verizon data card/ hot spot could NOT be activated on an alltel plan

kind of ironic that you can't go directly through verizon to to keep an unlimted verizon data plan - same thing happened for me when i got a new phone. the company that i got it from worked out the data plan with verizon. Verzin told me unlimited wasn't available.

sigh.
