Yeah, amazed me that there would be a plant in the middle of town (which is what the situation sounded like to me)
Self-cruelty must be OK with him/her.
Why the hell don't they just build those plants in a hole (or surround with berms)?
My guess is that the plant WAS out of town when it was built, and the town expanded.

avoiding starvation and nekkidness is why i haven't moved to a third world country (that and toilet paper) ...I'm shallow like that.

funny how it was (i think) a school and nursing home that got the "great" real estate deals....
It totally amazes me that there are ancient civilizations that lived and thrived in many of those areas we call "third world". Advanced for their times. Yet now....
OK, so they don't have to be a modern electronics mecca. But sheesh! Mostly wars, famine, lack of resources, etc. keeping them down. And lack of schooling in trades and such. Sad.
Oh, and why the hell can't that guy just vape 100% vg liquid and buy the VG and nic base and DIY. Solves all his problems. Flavoring testing may be an issue, so he can just check or vape unflavored.
Just make sure you can identify poison ivy and oak....Toilet paper!
