I got my Protank in from Sweet-Vapes on Saturday - for some reasonI'm hesitant in setting it up
Took it out of the box (cardboard not the fancy box), looked at it, took it apart, put it on my Vamo, checked the ohms (2.7), put it back in the box
Think I'll rebuild a head at a lower ohms, try for the lower 2's.

ohhh why? I think they are so pretty and have about decided on that for my vapeaversary prezzy to myself. I have a vamo too and loves it. so....... why? lol

I just fired off a note to Mister Landscaper Bossman that there is a 2-3 foot "problem section" on the mid-yard garden wall. I'd much rather have HIM tell the workers... the "customer" should not have to do it. The topmost layer in this particular area is made up of a lot of small "bits and pieces" rather than large stones like the rest of the wall. It's pretty noticeable. And surprising... since the rest of the work is very very nice.
Most of the front yard is very very close to needing mowing. Last year, the first cut was on my birthday.
Anyway... off to a garden center to start lugging home mulch and mini-nuggets for all the other gardens!!!

After 3.5* tries I got a 1.9ohm coil going on the Protank Does seem a bit 'airy', may have to block off one of the air intakes. Otherwise seems a nice unit, does have a nice snap crackle pop to it .
* First coil was at 2.7 ohms ; second at 0.2 ohms couldn't figure out where it was shorting; 2.5th one, I broke a coil leg making the pigtail; 3.5th one came out a bit lower than I was aiming for but wth, it works

Well today I called Home Depot's 1-800 number about getting a refund on the returned appliances. The guy took all the info and said he'd be forwarding it to the selling store which is in Mass. He said the Mass. store should be calling me within 48 hours for my CC info so they can issue credit.

The landscaping is done and they're gone!!! There were FOUR guys today and I guess they needed to finish up to get to the next job tomorrow.
So now it's all on me to get the new grass growing, keep the new tree watered, and to move 6 yards of dirt to various places around the property. And put down more seed. And rake out all the old mulch and put new down. And get all the hanging pots in place and filled. And LOTS of other stuff before getting the annuals home (16 and 17may13). Yay. I am happy! This is "my" time of year!!!
I smell dog poop.
We do not own a dog.
