Running to the store (and spending about $4.00 in gas) to do it, to buy a $0.75 cans of mushrooms doesn't thrill me. Besides, I should make a better list of "misc" stuff and go and do the shopping properly. Tomorrow.

My usual chicken and wine recipe has mushrooms too.

Don't ever run out of mushrooms. Word.

Have a can of cream of mushroom. Seems a bit "heavy" for a warm day....

Nah. Just a bit...with a large squirt of lime juice for the marinade. About 2-1 tequila to lime. + pinch garlic powder + pinch cumin + s&P + dash teriyaki sauce + dash sugar. No water. Water would be stooooopid for a short marinade time.

That's the marinade. Cost me a lot of time waiting on that. If I had known I was out of mushrooms.......

Now, I like your idea Tibby. Alas, I don't have real limes. Nor orange juice. So...meh.
