hehe support group for bear is absolutely necessary! because sooner or later he'll give into temptation!

Harvested the six largest green peppers to stuff for dinner. (Still quite a few smaller ones that will stay on the plants for another few weeks.)
Stuffing "on simmer" (ground beef, rice, diced tomatoes, chilis, cheddar for topping).
Now what else to make for an accompaniment. Mashed/smashed potatoes would be a second starch... and we all know that is just NOT ALLOWED!!! Right??? What restaurant do you know of that ALLOWS two starches (ie: pasta side with something on a pilaf)??? We have some corn that I can remove from the cob. Or fresh green beans... or snap peas... or cauliflower...
