my poor eyes! what is it lately that people seem to have forgotten the simplest grammar rules?

So, in honor of Bear's 4th ecf-iversary, i have my very first ever perio appointment today 
an added joy is that it's scheduled in the middle of the day, and i have to get to work extra early so that something with a specific time line is finished before i leave for the appointment. It's gonna be a wonderful monday.
