Slate does make good paths and stepping stones. At a previous house i lived in i found some buried under about 3 inches if leaves in an out-of-the-way place in the yard. Moved it to outside the back door that turned to a mud pit when it rained. Slate was MUCH better

There was an old 'slate quarry' down the road from where I lived when I was a youngin that us kids would hang out in on occasion.

Gotta go grocery shopping today too; don't like it much, don't like putting them away even more.

I guess it's time to get the day started. Been nice having a leisurely morning. Meeting someone to do a teensy bit of work and going to a vape meet this afternoon. Maybe I'll get someone to teach me how to rebuild and atty. Nah. not yet. LOL
