So then I have to build a utility shed..... (looks at snowball at top of mountain, decides to skip all of it).

We had our big shed made by the local high schoolers. There's a shop class where everyone helps construct a shed, and anyone can buy it. It's usually cheaper than what you could purchase pre-built; pretty much pay for the materials and then whatever costs to place it on your land (gravel/leveling/etc.) Visitors comment in how nice a shed it is, and it's help up very well. The only problem has been the bottom of the door rotted, so I really need to get around to fixing that if I don't want critters invading. Oy, so many chores to get to, so little time/motivation.

Just finished another 2 liter of ginger ale. The pre-ferment syrup tasted great! Looking forward to this batch. Should have made several. Still trying to perfect the recipe. This one is carbonated with yeast (a true ginger ale) so it will have some minor amounts of alcohol too.

Added 1 200mg capsule of caffeine too. ;) They are about 10 cents per cap at the local shop. Probably not the best way to do it, but it is pre-measured and at worst there's only 200mg of caffeine in the entire 2 liter (like 1 strong mug of coffee) so I can't OD on it.

The challenge with this is that you don't have a way to kill off the yeast. So I'm going to switch to either brewing high alcohol (probably not) or another form of carbonation.

No problem. Found one. Done. Was good. Just have to beat the hell out of the batter with 1/2 flour to develop gluten 1st, then add the rest of the flour. Used a box grater's wide holes to press the dough. Worked!

Chicken medallions with mushrooms in garlic wine sauce, spaetzle, green beans and slice of tomato. :)

Done except for dishes.
