That 91 actually looks pretty cool Tibs.

Looks like an adjustable air flow too (?not sure?). I'll have to look for a vid on it.

I like the design that packs wicking around the coil like that. But the sleeve removes to build the coil. Kinda cool.

Maybe over complicated for the needs..IDK...but it would let you pack filler around the coil easily. I'll stick with an iGo and just drip into it. Dang iGo's leak out the air hole though. Grrrr. Dumb air hole design, IMO. Simple to manufacture, but not cool for leaking. I'm thinking about modding it.

I've never done this; but others have used JB Weld to block/reduce size of air holes. Plug it with JB and drill another hole; just have to be sure to place the hole so that the air flow hits the wick correctly.

Someone was attempting to modify the air hole in one rebuildable to create a 'vortex' effect. The air hole was drilled at an angle and IIRC even a small tube was placed on the inside at the air hole to direct the air flow.

Yeah, I was going to fill it with silver solder or JB Weld. The air hole would be on top with a tube running down to the coil area. At least that's the idea.
