hello snail people. been awhile so thought i would say hi. so

The big problem is the STUFF husbear comes home with from the store. I just make less of it, and let him have full portions. I'll then have fresh fruit later. He's said there will be less fresh vegetables because the prices are just too high. Canned is OK, I suppose. I don't have any problem with high blood pressure. The only thing I put on veggies is "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray. I honestly do not think it is bad... at all.

It is flurrying at 46 degrees and the wind is cooperating by taking some leaves away down the road.

Bear, I look at it this way - canned veggies are better than no veggies at all. It sounds like you got it all under control.

I think it prolly needs one of those scrubs that removes all the dry skin - - yuck!
