ECF is fine for me (for now) today....yesterday was super slow-mo....
(I use Firefox, but still using v23 )

Dinner in the oven (one of my Ground beef standbys....beef/onion/bean/cheese enchiladas). Made my own tortillas too. First time for that...I just buy em. But once I found out how easy it was and I have the time....I decided to make em.

Lettuce and Tomato salad with dab of sour cream on top.
