Thanks CES. All I can say is that I'm unhappy with the direction in which medical practice has been steered over the past 25 years or so (any longer and I'd lose credibility for knowing squat at that age) and I blame quite a bit of that on litigiousness!

Man, I'm a head case cuz I've got a physician and an attorney in my immediate family, HAR!

I agree it looks nauseating, but the broth simmered with the fish head tastes really damn good! I'm 1st Gen. Filipino-American so that chit don't faze me! I'd still take a full slab of beef ribs over it any day of the week and twice on Sundays!

Yeah...there's a lot of people in the Philippines right now that wouldn't mind the fish head in their soup a bit! Or any soup for that matter. Real sad what that storm did. Do you have any relatives over there Mad? Any word? (probably not yet).

Catt spells Fish with a PH, and Filipinos spell Filipino with an F but Philippines with a PH. You guys are really messing with me today. Then Bear yelled at me...
