I've read DIY recipes that call for saline, usually nasal saline but there were warnings to find certain brands that were only sterile saline with no preservatives. The idea of salt, to me, seemed a little odd since I would guess it would gunk coils. There are bacon and salted caramel juices out in the market, so I thought those might have salt as well. I tried a salted caramel juice that gunked the coils to an unusable point within 1 ml....I never finished the bottle, not worth the trouble.

Yup. I saw salted caramel flavor at Ahlusion. Deejstuff sells salt water taffy, but I don't know if it's actually salty.

IDK. I must have ticked people off because I'm getting a lot of "corrections' lately. Not that I mind. Or I'm just getting old and should retire from new-members helping.
I try not to target anyone or make it personal (except maybe in retort), but this is just throwing me for a loop. Guess I'll stick to snails for a while. Sheesh!
