Time for breakfast. Trying to hit the gym early this morning before the snow arrives. They are calling for an inch an hour for about 4-5 hours starting around 9am.

I'm not cooking my breakfast outside. No need to bundle up. First breakfast cooked and eaten. I had an English muffin with egg, cheese, and turkey bacon. Second breakfast will be oatmeal mixed with pecans and bananas. Then i'll go to the gym. Got to have my energy or the workout doesn't work.

Don't get too excited about me leaving....ladies.

Nope. I burn a lot of calories in a 1.5-2 hour workout. I'll run out of energy if I don't eat at least that much. I usually add a protein drink mixed with supplements: creatine & BCAA's (branch chain amino acids).

Oh my gosh. It's snowing cats and dogs. In less than 15 min's my street is covered.

Turkey bacon is just as "bad" for you as regular bacon, IMO. So meh. MAYBE a bit leaner. But they grind so much fat into it...
