Surf is a really smart guy that I often agree with. He does, however, have a rapier-like wit that can get him into occasional "trouble".

I'd like a complex too please. Maybe down South, where it's warm. The way the whole jobs thing is going in this country, better make it a retirement complex. Besides, if Bear keeps flooding his house, he'll nee a place. And Fran+DH, you, and all the other snails can visit.
I'd make it by classy...but they do weird things there.....like shoot at people during popcorn fights in theaters. And no CA...they ban online vaping sales. And Texas....well....they might secede. And then there's that chemical spill contaminating the entire Ohio river. So not there either. And no deserts, need water.
