Woke up with sore throat and cough.
Developed sniffles.
Took 1.5 hour nap with 2 tubes of Zicam Nasal Gel dissolved in CPAP humidifier. ("Use as directed"!!!)
Now chills and hit-by-truck feeling.
Dinner... then bed... and pray this is a 1-day thing.

There are very few parts of Manhattan where one is not under video surveillance, and certainly every step in midtown and the subway is recorded. We have both Big Brother and the Nanny State with us at all times.
I'm a fan of vodka sauce. The vodka adds a "bite" to the tomato cream sauce. It's tasty
