I agree it's not ideal lighting, and I agree it will be brought up in the trial. How effective a "tactic" that will be remains to be seen, IMO. My experience and what I would say about it is not likely to be the same experience as others since it is an environment in which I often function.Well, it might hurt some, but basically you have to admit it can't be perfect lighting...so that's in the defence's favor due to benefit of the doubt. Which ever way they claim it, it's hard to refute.
