Well I certainly hope they are having a better time of it than me Fran. Good thoughts to both of them.
Surgery isn't scheduled yet, but I have my first preop the end of October. I'll need to move it to the first of November though since hubby only gets paid on the first of the month. I specifically asked for the head of Oncology at UAMS in Little Rock since he specializes in thyroid surgery. Problem is, that's a two and a half hour drive which should be fun to work with. lol

That's quite a drive, but you're worth making sure you have the best
Aw... they're precious Tibs. I've got a mini schnauzer, a red heeler (aus. cattle dog) and what we think is a basset hound corgi mix. Oh, and of course our foundling cat. 
True on the drive. I would NOT request a surgeon from around here. I value my vocal chords and parathyroids way too much for that!

Lol cute, silly, and silly looking. She's got short floppy ears, all that extra skin around the neck, basset front feet, corgi back feet, is short and almost as long as the red heeler. I'll try to get a pic sometime soon to show you.
