Fran, I spent one winter in Georgia. It was nice.....very nice.....except for one very unusual cold snap. The summer is another story, toast is right !!!!!

And that is why we're in the Northern wasteland. LOL
I should change my location from "Frostbite Falls" to the "Northern Wastelands".
Fran, I got down there in late August and it was so hot, I had to sleep on the fire escape, just to try to keep cool. I left there the following May and in May, as soon as I left the office, I would start sweating, not exercising, just standing there. I imagine that in time I might get used to it, but it was oppressive, to say the least.
Ok, Fudge. I'm sending tomorrow's snowstorm over to you.

They are saying that at most, it will be only 6 inches of the white stuff, Fudge. That would only postpone things here, not cancel them.Yay!!!

Darn......I want like 2 ft like we had last year and they closed the office!
Two feet is two feet too much. I have seen 2 feet of snow, a few times and it's just too deep for the snowblower to handle and it takes forever to melt.
