Good afternoon, Tom, Chris and the Snails.

Popmoney is an alternative to PayPal. Popmoney has no restrictions on using it to buy ecigs. Paypal's policy prohibits using it to buy ecigs; if PP catches you it can freeze your acct for up to 180 days and possibly fine you up to $2500.
