Comcast DTA saga...day 5.
So....When we last left our hero, he had DTA boxes that showed a picture on the TV! That only took 4 days, before Comcast decided THEY had a configuration issue on their side. Now, after inspecting the channels, I'm not getting the channels I should even for the DTA box....I'm only getting the clear QAM channels (locals plus one or two channels...not all the ones I should get < 100). So now, I'm on hold for someone to check the "rate code" setting or whatever setting somewhere. So they got it to work, but didn't get it right after all. Per tech/billing/services I should get more channels. They transferred me....holding....
