So the 1st level tech has no way to bump this up to a 2nd level tech without opening a on-site tech ticket (or swapping out the boxes)...so he opened another ticket for Monday.
Meanwhile, he put back limited basic so I could at least watch something. lol.
Hopefully, 2nd tier local support will check into it before dispatching someone (assuming it's not the boxes at this point...and communication seems to be working to them...just not the more-channels-channel-map. Sigh. Sad. I know they can do it...my GF has DTA boxes and she gets CNN and such.... so it's hurry up and wait until Monday.

Gonna try sumthin' new - usually just nic, peppermint & 1-2% sweetner; gonna add some ethyl maltol and maybe a small amount of menthol.

I don't add any sweetener to my peppermint but I do add a touch of menthol sometimes.
