no big worries here - like frannie i'm up high in relationship to the creek - basement might take on some water. our soil is not the best for drainage away from the house and the back porch could have been sloped a little better. since the basement floor is concrete with a drain in the middle all is well ;)

Good morning snails. :)

I won't comment on the NSA's history of doing what they do........other than to say it's not new by a long stretch. Meh.

I think America (this is a general point, not NSA specific) is about rights and freedoms...within reason. So as long as they don't tromp on rights and freedoms, I'm not worried. The "sin" is to harass people or otherwise tromp on people's rights.

The concept of "privacy" is complex in that...if you make an outbound call....you've connected "outside" by definition. So does your privacy extend to...public phone lines? Most argue yes, but then again look at the internet...there's almost ZERO privacy. It's an interesting issue for the courts to be sure. It's the improper use of the information that's problematic. Alas, it's hard to have that much information and not use it improperly sometimes. That's the rub. Jumping to conclusions. Improper followup, harassing, lack of oversight, dirty-tricks, "tricky" legal moves from scum attorneys, etc. ...when those things are allowed...it's a problem. They have to take the sacred trust seriously and not just the power.

Stay dry everyone! Sounds like nasty flooding for some.

yup! only had one mishap over the years ;)

now, remember we're located on 20 acres and the basement drain runs a couple of hundred feet into the woods. well, one contractor decided to dump some left-over concrete away from the house - don't ask me what his reasoning was - and, believe it or not - he picked the exact spot where the drain pipe came out of the ground

Question for you "serious" vaping people:

Is it common for juice to change colour (darken) in a clearo? I'm positive it's because of the heat. Juice in a tank/carto combo (Provari) gets SLIGHTLY darker... but the stuff in the clearo turns almost opaque (and then tastes bad). Does all juice do this?

Yep. Yep.

You can try turning the voltage down a bit for the clearo.
