Actually could be good, could be bad, but in either case, often quite normal. How's the vape taste??? Was sufficient time allowed for wick saturation of juice before the first vape??

It's good if everything is saturated with juice and it just the sound of the bacon hitting the frying pan, it's bad if the wick isn't saturated and one is getting dry/burnt hits, cause then you are burning your wick and not the juice.

Vape long and Prosper.!!!

I have a Aspire Atlantis Tank, lancelot mod, and 18650 size battery. I hope I'm getting all the lingo right lol. The coil is new and I'm getting a snap crackle pop sound when I first press the button my question to you guys is that normal.

Perfectly normal. You'll find as the coil gets gunked up this will diminish. When I hear the snap crackle and pop I know I have a good, clean setup.

My Nautilis mini on Aspire CF vv started out with really bad snap crackle and pop along with juice spitting. Turns out it was a bad coil. Changed the coil and instantly saw (or heard) the difference. I still had some minor snapping but I read a tip on ECF that if you draw a little bit faster it settles the problem. Tip works! And also produces less condensation. Works for me anyway:)

I worried about this stuff too at first. I love the sound they make when you first fire up a new tank. That sizzling sound. It turns into a more muted sound later in the tank though. But frankly, if it's producing good tasting vapor in decent quantities and not leaking all over the place, then I don't really care what sound it's making.

Except on my aspire tanks. They don't make the same sounds, it's way more high pitched, like bacon on the pan, than my kanger stuff. But that's soon replaced by a gurgling and swishing sound as the thing starts its mandatory flooding and leaking. With Kanger it's "if it floods and leaks" with aspire it's "it's flooding and leaking" lol

My Kanger EMOW snap, crackles and pops. It's not as bad on low voltage settings though. I'm still on the first coil. I didn't notice it didn't it at first. I've had this coil in for almost two weeks now (I'm not a heavy vaper). Maybe it is time to change it. Taste and performance are still great though. I don't mind it, although I do get scared that some hot e-juice is going to pop in my mouth (it hasn't...but that's what it sounds like). :)
