boy, this is promising, i have always snored to some extent ive been told anyway. the first time i heard i snored with from my ex wife and she told me it was just a slight sound. over the years tit got worse, to the point of apnea, i had a sleep study and got put on the cpap. i was heavier when i took the study and i have since reduced the cpap pressure to almost nothing. it was just to much for me, made my chest hurt after the weight loss.
i left my cpap home over xmas vacation and i was told that i snored on and off without the machine which is a good thing to me. i use to snore so loud that you could hear it on the other side of the house between two closed doors and the hvac running. i have been told that when people walked into a room i was sleeping in their ears would pop from the pressure.. ive woken from a sleep and found ive inhaled my pillow.. trust me i snored. lol..
ive smoked since i was 13 or so, this could be part of it.
i really hope this helps reduce my apnea even more, that would be awesome.
